Mitchell & Croasdale

Here is an advertisement from 1856 for Mitchell & Croasdale of Philadelphia.  These two were the successors to GW Ridgeway & Co.  This company dealt in sperm, whale, lard & tanners oil, candles, rice and more.  Business took place at No. 30 Nth Wharves, above Arch St.
